Once your order is complete, Bagover will send you a confirmation email with details of your purchase. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive this email within a few minutes of your purchase.
You will also receive an email that will include your tracking details once the order has been shipped.
You can check your order’s status by creating an account and view the tab under “My Orders.”
All orders will be processed and shipped within regular business hours of Monday – Friday, between 9 am – 5 pm pacific standard time. This does not include traditional bank holidays and weekends. Please note that some deliveries may experience delays with new COVID-19 protocols and shipment delays with our carriers.
We offer free shipping on all orders. Our standard shipping time is 5-10 business days from our confirmed purchase date.
We have a no return, no exchange and no refund policy, unless the item in question is deemed non authentic. We ask you to please view the photos carefully before buying.
