LOEWE SS24 Men’s Collection
LOEWE’s creative director Jonathan Anderson launches a short film previewing the new SS24 men’s collection with longtime friend and collaborator Luca Guadagnino. While the elongated silhouettes, embellished sunglasses, and tactile fabrications are fresh and modern, we couldn’t help but notice the gorgeous, relaxed, triangle-patched supple leather Puzzle Tote bag in one of the final scenes.
While the Puzzle Tote is featured for a short time, the bag holds the final 10 seconds in the film’s finale. The large tote is featured in a gorgeous sage green, a wine burgundy, and shiny black. All totes seem to have a tan suede lining. The Puzzle Loewe bag tote gives a fresh and modern nod to the brands iconic bag, the Puzzle bag.
The short film, ‘I Dreamt of LOEWE,’ features models Andrea Isidori, Elliott McDean, Malick Anderson, Bruno Krahl, and Adrians Smats. Andrea is asleep at David Zwirner in New York and dreams of colorful and large sculptures (as part of a recent exhibition featuring Echolalia, 2010 by Franz West, an Australian artist). In the dream, Andrea is in the nude and watches as the other models inspect and interact with the sculptures wearing the new SS24 men’s collection.
Luca Guadagnino is an Academy Award Nominee in 2018 and winner of the Silver Lion for best director at Venice Film Festival in 2022.
